In the cocktail shaker add the ice and pour over 1 and a half measures each of Edwards Tequila and Edwards Orange Liqueur. Add 1 measure of lemon or lime juice and shake vigorously. Pour into your cocktail glass, carefully making sure not to disturb the salty rim. This drink has the sharp twist of bitter lemon and is very refreshing on a summer’s day.
